Several of my books are now free on Amazon but they'll only be free until the end of March. I might run the free promotion again in April if Amazon allows it. In the meantime when I checked I have sixteen books on Amazon, Book Fusion, payhip and several other mediums. Readers have downloaded 39 books so far. But remember you have only one day left.

I thiks the new lockdowmn measures will affect me personally because I work on Saturdays. I believe the people were not cooperating to fight the spread of the virus. I saw taximen packing people into taxis. Many people are on the streets without masks. Minibuses are still overcrowded. People are going to parties and dances, contracting the virus and become super spreaders.

All my books are now on Book Fusion. In December 2020 I sold one of my books, 'Uptown Lovers. I am still in the dark as to how I'll get paid or be paid through paypal. So readers can go on this platform to purchase any of my books.

I am writing five novels simulataneously. I have decided to move away from the short stories and concentrate on novels. I have had work accepted and published in Jamaica but rejected abroad. One of the things I can't understand is that the magazines abroad always want new stuff. Some of these magazines aren't paying and if they do pay it's a paltry amount.

I really don't have any idea of the amount of people living i Jamaica who had to depend on creative writing to make a living. I heard a journalist interviewing some musicians about how the pandemic affeted their earnings. It would be quite interesting to find out how the pandemic affected the earnings of our creative writers.
