Rebuilding Kingston

The city of Kingston, Jamaica's capital has many entrances and exits. From any entrance to this city you will be greeted by dilapidated and abandoned building and by the stench of raw sewage running on the streets. Recently a new municipal corporation was voted into office. Of course it has grand plans for the city but should be reminded Kingston started decaying years ago and it will take years to fix the problems. First of all there are too many abandoned buildings. They should invite the owners of these buildings to renovate them and rent them out. The landlords and their tennants would get a tax free holiday of twenty years. Secondly they should send out a notice and give the owners of abandoned buildings a period of time to fix up these buildings or risk having them demolished.
