I read over back the ‘Night Lovers’ and it is an exciting book. Greg is a commercial farmer but he is along with several women including the nurse from the local heath centre. His former girlfriend, Sue Harper, is back home after a four year sojourn in the United States.  She is engaged to a man about her age, Phil Distant and they are both employed to the same firm as accountants. Greg and Sue once had a passionate relationship but it all ended when another boy told a lie on her. That was of course before she migrated. Sue is so in love with Phil that she plays deaf to warnings that he is seeing other women and in fact has two baby mothers.  Greg is also going about his business being along with Merryll the married nurse who is now living in Cayman with her husband and children. She has visited him at least two times in the last three months. Merryll claims that his other girlfriends, Deane, Harlene and Reta are no good and that is why she has to visit him so often. Sue is caught in a quandary after visiting Phil’s apartment one night only to find a girl, Barbara there. Barbara claims to be his live in lover. The two of them are caught in a war of words over Phil. Greg’s women including Merryll have warned Sue about ever trying to get him back. She says she has no interest in Greg and is prepared to fight Barbara for Phil. This book is available on payhip.com, bookfusion.com and Amazon. Term Limits

In the United States they have term limits, whereby the President cannot serve more than two consecutive four year terms. In Africa for example we have seen the constitution of several of these countries being changed to allow Presidents to serve additional terms in office. Sometimes the populace has objected and this has led to violence. The people of Bolivia recently rejected Evo Morales attempt to serve another term in office. I think there should be term limits for the Prime Minister. However I am not sure whether it should be two or three terms of five years each. A man could become Prime Minister at forty years, serve two five year terms and be out of office by age fifty. On the other hand an individual could serve as Prime Minister, be booted out of office in the next election, has to wait out the term of office of the party in government before getting back into office. The Big Steal a short story by Austin Mitchell           Mr. Burton couldn’t believe his eyes. Two hours ago he had left the two goats tied to the guava tree to go and attend to his cows, now all that was tied to the tree was the rope.
