ANOTHER CRIME FIGHTING MEASURE?

I penned this letter to a newspaper but never spent it. The Editor Sir, It might not be a crime fighting measure but I believe it's time where just like in the United States the license plates of all vehicles should be identified by the parish in which the owner lives or operates the vehicle. If such a system were introduced into Jamaica I don't think most of those gangsters could move so easily between parishes as most of them are mobile.Readers remember my books on Amazon.com, payhip.com and lulu.
