Tribute to Tony Cozier

As many of you might have guessed I am an ardent sports fan. I probably love cricket more than football. Most of us could only listen to cricket by the use of a transistor radio in the old days. On  of the series that I will never forget is the West Indies tour of Australia in 1975/76. The West Indies had just won the limited overs World Cup beating Australia in the final. It was therefore expected that this was going to be a fight for the World Championship  of Test Cricket. Although we lost 5-1, Cozier's commentary was so good that it didn't feel like a loss. He had a brilliant voice, spoke perfect English and knew the game very well. He could hold his own against the best from Australia, England, South Africa, India, Pakistan, Siri Lanka, New Zealand and Bangladesh.
